Each year, CAMC hosts a health fair to provide free and low-cost screenings to the community. This year's event is Saturday, June 4. One of our most popular activities is the FREE sports physicals for middle and high school students wishing to play a sport in the next school year.
Students must bring a signed physical form or have a parent/guardian present to sign one for them.
Please note that if our physicians notice anything during the exam that requires a follow-up, we will notify the student and/or guardian.
